At The Bespoke Framer, we offer a unique method of mounting and framing your silk scarfs. Our method not only showcases its beauty but also provides a way to conserve the material without compromising its integrity within its frame. Our method includes the use of conservation grade materials and the process is one hundred percent reversible.

This process involves stretching and pinning your scarf using specialist silk pins, to a conservation grade foam board. Once stretched the board will be layered over a background mount board, in the colour of your choice. Risen upon a 5mm plinth to give the visual effect of your scarf floating above its background mount.

With a wide choice of materials to choose from, we can provide you with a frame for your scarf that is custom made and suited to your specific requirements, a particular palette or your homes interior design.

During the consultation process you will be advised on the best materials to use to showcase your scarf. We will also discuss with you other framing methods we have available. Most commonly people opt to have their scarf float framed, as described above. Other framing methods are non conservation.
